Karg Art Glass ("Karg Art Glass," "we," "us," or "our") operates kargartglass.com and the glass studio and gallery located at 111 N. Oliver Avenue, Kechi, Kansas 67067.

Information we collect:
Information you give us directly.
When you book an experience, purchase from the gallery, submit an inquiry form, join our mailing list, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, the experience or item you selected, the names and ages of participants in your group, and any notes you provide.
Payment information.
Online payments are processed by Stripe. Karg Art Glass does not receive or store your full card number. We process in-person payments through our in-studio payment terminal. We may retain a record of the transaction, including the last four digits of the card and the amount.
Information collected automatically.
When you visit our website, we may collect your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring website. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies used by our website platform and analytics tools.
Information from third parties.
If you interact with us through social media or a review platform, we may receive information that those services make available to us.
How we use your information:
We use the information we collect to:
Schedule, confirm, and manage your booking
Process payments and issue receipts or refunds
Contact you about your reservation, including reminders and changes
Notify you when a finished piece is ready for pickup

SMS and text messaging:
We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in consent to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile information collected for text messaging is used only to deliver the messages you have consented to receive. We may share your number with the service providers who deliver those messages on our behalf, and those providers are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of booking an experience or making any purchase.
There are two separate types of text messages you may consent to, and each requires its own consent:
Booking and service messages. Confirmations, reminders, scheduling changes, and notice that your finished piece is ready for pickup.
Marketing messages. News about classes, events, gallery openings, seasonal offerings, and promotions.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

How we share information:
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with:
Service providers who help us operate, including our website platform, booking and customer management platform, payment processors, and email and text message delivery providers. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us.
Legal and professional advisors, including our accountant, where necessary.
Authorities, where required by law, subpoena, or to protect the safety of our customers, staff, or property.
Children:
Our website and online booking are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
Adults booking an experience may provide the first names and ages of minors participating in their group. We use this information solely to staff the session appropriately, apply age requirements, and maintain safety and waiver records. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not send marketing communications to minors.
A parent or legal guardian must sign a liability waiver for any participant under 18.
If you believe a child has provided us with information directly, contact us at admin@kargartglass.com, and we will delete it.
Email communications:
If you have asked to receive emails from us, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by contacting us directly.
Transactional emails related to a booking you made, such as a confirmation, a reminder, or a pickup notice, are sent as part of providing the service you requested.

We keep booking and purchase records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, and insurance obligations. We retain liability waivers in accordance with our insurer's requirements. We retain marketing contact information until you opt out.

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information, and we rely on established third-party providers for payment processing and data storage. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Cookies:
Our website uses cookies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use it. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. Some features may not work correctly if you do.
